Sep 29, 2017 - Flu Vaccine Clinic
The NASA/Wallops Health Unit is offering the flu vaccine beginning Wednesday, October 4th from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM in the E-100 Lobby. The flu clinic is open to all of Wallops employees. To help reduce wait time, please fill out this consent form and bring it with you. We will be offering several clinics in the upcoming weeks. The next clinic will be held on the 11th of October if you are unable to make it to the one on the 4th. We hope everyone takes a moment to get their vaccine. Feel free to contact the Health Unit with any questions or concerns.
