The next FREE Science on the Shore event, sponsored by the Marine Science Consortium, Shippensburg University, and the Captain's Cove Golf and Yacht Club, entitled “Nature’s Technology Revisited: Bioengineering of Shorelines Past, Present, and Future”, will be Thursday, July 11th, at 6:00 pm at the Captain’s Cove Marina Banquet Room. Dr. Sean Cornell of Shippensburg University and the Marine Science Consortium will discuss current options for merging structural and natural means of shoreline protection.
