GSFC Integrated Contingency Plan (ICP) Training for Supervisors and Oil Handling Personnel (Classroom only. Contact MEMD, x6-6741) Oil handlers and their supervisors. The ICP defines "oil handling personnel" as those individuals who use, store, and/or transfer oil; witness the use, storage and/or transfer of oil.
